These experts write and review the articles, blog posts, graphics, and tools on HardMoneyHome.com. We do not under any circumstances accept payment for content placement on our website. This includes articles, blogs, videos, graphics, backlinks, etc. We do accept payment for sponsored listings in our directory, which are always marked as "Featured." Our hard money lending directory is the largest on the Internet, with over 1,000 private lending companies. These listings are individually collected and curated by HardMoneyHome.com. We strive to offer the most accurate and up-to-date information about each of these lenders. We offer free managed listings so that the owners and managers of these lending businesses can keep their rates and terms as fresh as possible. However, all terms listed should be verified with the lenders themselves. Review Policies

All of the reviews posted on HardMoneyHome.com are written by individuals who have direct experience with the lender they are reviewing. Additionally, we may include reviews from other authoritative directories such as Yelp! in order to offer even more insight for our users. These reviews are intended to be 100% un-biased. We do not ever pay or offer incentives to anyone to write a review on our site, nor do we display reviews from third-party providers who offer such incentives.

The reviews posted on our website are the subjective opinions of the individuals who write them and do not reflect the opinions of HardMoneyHome.com or its partners. We do not endorse any opinions represented in these online reviews and we do not operate any of the lenders listed in our directory.

We make every attempt to ensure that the information posted in the online reviews is accurate and conforms to our policies listed below. We reserve the right to remove or reject any review or comment posted on our website. All reviews posted on HardMoneyHome.com should adhere to the following:

• The reviewer must have firsthand knowledge of the lender being reviewed.
• The reviewer must not receive any payment or other incentive to write the review.
• Owners or current employees of the lender should not post reviews.
• Competitors of the lender should not post reviews.
• Reviews must not contain false statements, profanity, defamatory language, obscenities, threats, or other objectionable language.
• Reviews must not contain personal information either of the reviewer or of other individuals. This includes names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, etc.
• Reviews must not contain marketing or promotional messages.
