Borrowers searching for real estate funding from private lenders within the United States may use our directory free of charge. We list over 1,000 US-based lenders who offer non-conventional real estate loan products, all of which have the complete mailing address, phone number, and website URL listed whenever available. Users may contact these lenders directly to discuss their specific loan offerings or, if they prefer, they can call our toll-free number at 1-888-473-6410 and speak to a representative who will help match them to a qualified lender. Additionally, prospective borrowers can submit their basic contact information to one of our online web forms and we will match them with lenders who offer the types of loan products they are searching for.

Listing Fees

Lenders pay a small one-time fee to be included in our directory. This fee is to compensate for the time it takes to interview the lender, review their website and licensing credentials, and to curate their directory listing.

Sponsored Listings

Our proprietary ranking algorithm provides visibility in our users' searches based upon the relevance, quality, and reputation of the lenders. The more relevant and reputable the lender, the more likely they are to appear in user searches. We also allow lenders to purchase sponsored listings on our website that guarantee placement at the top of the page for search results. These will always be marked as "Featured" so that our users understand these listings are being promoted for a fee and are not recommended by HardMoneyHome.com. Occasionally we may display advertisements on our website for loan products or real estate services we think will be useful to our audience.
