Based upon the specifications of this deal, South Side Investments will give Anna a total of $873,000 on her property ($1,800,000 value x 50% loan to value - $27,000 in origination points). Anna will then pay $9,000 monthly in interest until the note expires and will then re-pay the $900,000 principle amount of the note.
