The lender agrees to issue a loan with a 85% loan-to-value (LTV) so they will loan $195,500 on the project. The loan is interest only, with monthly payments, and is for 6 months at 8% interest with 1 points to be paid when the deal closes.

Jeromy is extremely prejudice lender. He would not allow me to apply for any financial products because he said, "his money would never be my money." When I simply just asked questions to apply. He did not appreciate the fact that I had over $1 M in real estate and states his company was more conservative and not the kind to do business with me.

actively supports murderer Kylan Houle, who was arrested last May for first degree murder after he killed a father of 6 while he was burglarizing the man's home. He has publicly praised Kylan on Kylan's Instagram (@kykeaton206). I would never do business with such morally bankrupt people as Jared Gross and seriously question this company's integrity based off this employee. Frankly, it's disgusting.
